EFG Latin America Art Award in partnership with ArtNexus

In 2010, and in partnership with ArtNexus, Liaisons created the EFG Latin America Art Award: a yearly acquisition prize awarded to one Latin American emerging artist. Candidates are nominated through preselection processes at ArtBO, Bogotá; ArtLima y Parc Perú, Lima; SP-Arte, São Paulo; arteBA, Buenos Aires and Chaco, Santiago.

The aim of the award is to promote the creation of contemporary visual arts by Latin American artists and to attract art collectors to regional art fairs showcasing their work. This initiative has supported the creation of an art collection for EFG bank and the yearly winner is announced during the week of Art Basel Miami Beach.

I want to thank you for the amazing dinner last night. It was a very entertaining meeting with very interesting people. My colleagues left very excited since they were able to exchange ideas in a more personal way with people related to art. I know that some of them set time to meet in the future. Thanks for the attention and hospitality. Again, million thanks!
