Private Dinner by Chef Makoto during the South Beach Wine & Food Festival

Liaisons’ exceptional personal relationship with renowned Japanese chef, Makoto Okuwa enabled our client, Acqualina Resort & Spa, to experience the chef’s first ever private omakhase. Known for ushering Japanese cuisine into the 21st century at his eponymous eatery, Makoto is one of Miami’s most accomplished chefs. The intimate, invitation-only, seven-course dinner was hosted in the grand salon of the recently completed Mansions at Acqualina and celebrated the top brokers of the developer’s newly-finished project. Liaisons crafted the concept, tablescape and overall production of this exquisite and exclusive evening.
