Armand de Brignac Dinner

Members of the Faena Rose club joined Champagne Armand de Brignac winemaker Emilien Boutillat for an intimate champagne supper. During the dinner, guests were treated to a surprise taste of some of the last bottles in the world of Blanc de Noirs Assemblage One (the rarest cuvée in the range, rated #1 Blanc de Noirs champagne in the world, by Fine Champagne Magazine in 2016). The dinner, which was held in the elegant ‘La Cava’ wine room at Faena Hotel Miami Beach, featured a sophisticated custom pairing menu by Chef de Cuisine for Pao by Paul Qui. Each dish was created to complement each of the five Armand de Brignac cuvées, poured from the iconic metalized bottles.
